We respect your privacy. Blind Listening Test is free, and the website does not actively track your browsing data for advertising purposes.

Your audio stays on your device. All loudness analysis, alignment, and playback are performed locally — in the plugin on your computer, or in your browser when using the web tool. Your audio files are never uploaded to or stored on any server.

No account or payment. Because Blind Listening Test is free, there is no purchase, account, or login. We do not collect your name, email address, or any financial information.

Terms of Use

Blind Listening Test is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. The software is provided as a tool for evaluating audio, and you use it at your own discretion.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

By installing or using Blind Listening Test ("the Software"), you (the User) are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for any personal or commercial purpose.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software. You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or distribute the Software as your own, or present it as your own work. If you would like to share Blind Listening Test, please direct others to the official website rather than redistributing the files yourself.

3. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any code, algorithms, UI design, and branding) remain the sole property of Jacob Braun.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. While every effort has been made to ensure the Software operates correctly, the developer does not warrant that it will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
